Inspired by Rene Claire’s film, “Entr’acte” is a tribute to the roots of the cinematic and to one of the first times in the history of the cinema, when the fine arts and the film world find themselves together. “Entr’acte” attempts to reinvigorate the discourse of what happens when artists challenge the moving image.

Nach der Schoepfung betritt Satan den Garten Eden, wo er Eva versucht zu verleiten. Er pflueckt eine Frucht vom Baum der Erkenntnis. Eva zaubert Eva I + II + III + IV daher. Adam erscheint ebenfalls aus dem Nichts...
Auf eine wunderbar leichte, heitere Weise gibt der 25-minütige Musikfilm eine Antwort auf die Suche des Einzelnen nach dem Paradies. Durch das Weglassen des Suendenfalls eröffnet die Filmemacherin eine neue Perspektive auf unsere kulturellen Urspruenge. Unterstuetzt von malerischen Bildern, erweitert sie die Sichtweise des Betrachters.
